Michael M. Manere CEO

Michael Manere is Co-Founder and Vice President of TCS. Previously he had been associated with MedSafe, Inc. for more than ten years - first as Regional Sales Manager and most recently as Vice President / Business Development. Mr. Manere's efforts were integral to both the growth of that company's sales and development of its product line. He began his sales career with ISO (America), Inc. in the sale of financial transaction processing services within the healthcare industry. He attended Hartwick College and the University of Massachusetts.

William K. Moffat, BA President

William Moffat serves as both Executive Vice President of Release of Information Solutions, Inc. (ROIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of TCS, and as a Vice President of TCS. Previously Mr. Moffatt had spent more than 10 years with MedSafe, Inc., most recently as Vice President / Sales. From 1985 to 1990 he was associated with the 3M Company in their healthcare sales division. He is a graduate of Hartwick College.

Christine Foisey Executive Vice President

Ms. Foisey oversees the staff as well as the internal audit functions for AR, AP, payroll and project accounting as well as management's internal financial and company operating reports. Prior to joining Total Compliance Solutions, Ms. Foisey held the same position at MedSafe, Inc. Prior to joining MedSafe, Ms. Foisey held positions as Administrative Branch Manager for ISO (America), Inc. In her earlier career, she held a series of increasingly responsible finance positions, as well as Operations Manager, with Air Machine Corporation including the management of the financial aspects of that company’s sale to White Consolidated Industries, Inc.
Ms. Foisey earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Katherine Gibbs, Melville, NY.
