Mandy Martin

Ms. Mandy Martin, RPSGT

Ms. Martin provides regulatory compliance and educational consulting services regarding OSHA, HIPAA, HITECH, DEA, ADA, CDC, EPA, CMS, FDA, NFPA, workplace violence, and risk management, among others. She has surveyed hundreds of dental, health care, funeral home and veterinary facilities, and has trained thousands of professionals in the areas of safety, employee policies, infection control, and risk management.

She has a background in teaching, and is a RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographer). She obtained a BSBM from the University of Phoenix, and a BSBA from Eastern Nazarene College. She completed the Nursing I and II Program and earned her AS Degree from Massasoit Community College.

 

 

Lee Ostroff

Lee Ostroff, D.D.S, has surveyed thousands of healthcare facilities, and has trained literally thousands of healthcare professionals in the areas of safety, employee policies, infection control, risk management and regulatory compliance. He regularly presents on these topics to regional and national groups, including Yankee Dental Congress, The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Professional Association of Healthcare Office Manager on Ophthalmic Practice Management.

Dr. Ostroff received his professional training at the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry and Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital, Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

 

 

Karen Pass

Karen Pass, BS, RT (M), RDMS

Since joining to TCS, Ms. Pass has performed thousands of on-site safety inspections and staff trainings in dental and healthcare facilities, funeral homes and veterinarian facilities. Her inspections and training sessions have included the following: modes of transmission and prevention of pathogenic organisms (such HIV, Hepatitis, TB, SARS, MRSA, pandemic influenza, and vCJD, etc.); management of post-exposure prophylactic treatment; methods of compliance using engineering and work practice controls; disinfection and sterilization methods; personal protective equipment; handling of infectious waste and contaminated laundry; and sharps safety. Ms. Pass also provides expertise in compliance with the standards of OSHA, HIPAA, DEA, ADA, and Healthcare Risk Management.

Ms. Pass has contributed in company publications and web-based training programs, and authored the article “Successfully Navigating the Decontamination Maze” for the Journal of Healthcare Safety, Compliance and Infection Control

Ms. Pass joined Total Compliance Solutions Inc. after having served for eight years as Regional Director of Operations for Spectrascan Health Services, Inc.

 

 

Janet Porter

Ms. Porter is an RN and has worked in Medical/surgical nursing at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA and also as an infection prevention nurse. Janet also previously worked at Newton Wellesley hospital in Newton, MA in the Infection prevention department. Janet has surveyed hundreds of dental, health care, funeral home, and veterinary facilities, and has trained thousands of professionals in areas of OSHA, HIPAA, and safety.

She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, MA.

 

 

Michelle Rathbone

Ms. Rathbone is an experienced Medical Practice Manager with seventeen years in the health care field. She has been responsible for all aspects of medical regulatory compliance including OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, Infection Control, Billing, Documentation, Personnel Management and more. As a previous Practice and Medical Facility Administrator, Ms. Rathbone understands the importance of implementing and managing compliance programs effectively. She has participated in a JCAHO Survey as well as overseen multiple EMR implementations and coordinated all related regulatory aspects, work-flow engineering and ongoing operational assessments. She has a strong background in internal audit processes and in the development of strategic quality improvement plans.

Michelle has been an active member of PAHCOM for eight years and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society for Academic Achievement. She has obtained numerous certifications in the health care field including OSHA, HIPAA and Corporate Compliance and she is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Professional Compliance Officer.

Patricia White

Jim Tudor is the Director of Coding/Billing Compliance for TCS. He is a certified professional coder and physician chart auditor with over 20 years experience in the industry. Prior to joining TCS, Mr. Tudor acquired a well rounded background in coding compliance from a variety of institutions, settings, and specialties. In addition to directing the coding division, he has an excellent reputation with our clients as a skilled auditor and physician trainer.

Mr. Tudor designed TCS web based coding/compliance courses, and also has an extensive background with MS Access/VBA programming. He has an Associates Degree in Business Administration.

 

 

Patricia White

Serving New England, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, Indiana, Nebraska, Illinois, and South Carolina

 

Ms. White has performed thousands of on-site safety inspections and staff trainings in dental and healthcare facilities, funeral homes and veterinarian facilities. She also provides expertise in compliance with the standards of OSHA, HIPAA, Healthcare Risk Management, and others.

Ms. White has been involved within the dental industry for over 35+ years. Her duties have included assisting in General Dentistry, Periodontology and Oral Surgery. She has acted as an OSHA Control Officer and has been a part of nearly every aspect of the dental business office.

Ms. White is a Past President of the American Dental Assistants Association and the New Hampshire Dental Assistants Association and has 30 years of clinical practice experience. Pat held a six-year term as a test construction consultant to the Dental Assisting National Board.
