The AIM Strategy

We then interview staff (in much the same way as a regulatory agency of insurance carrier would) to see if staff know and understand of the programs already in place. TCS then provides a detailed Report of Recommendations - building a Plan, a Road Map to achieving the organization's objectives. This Assessment stage provides the foundation for all that follows.

Whether it is a revised charge master or the total rebuild of a quality program, TCS then sees the Plan through to Implementation. This most often involves the development of policies and procedures and / or a call for additional Training. TCS has the experts to provide this training, either Onsite of Online. Maintenance of robust and functioning compliance programs is just as important as their initial implementation.
